Crawfordsville High School 1904, winner of the Wicks Cup--football pants, long sox, and leather belts. Three of these young men went on to star at Wabash College.

In 1910, New Richmond HS in Montgomery County wore long sox, pants just above the knee and leather belts.

In 1913, the Alamo basketball team was too poor to buy uniforms so they made their own.

The great Homer Stonebraker was an established star in 1913 and was already being called the best basketball player in the state of Indiana. He wore baseball pants, long sox and plimsolls.
